Check the ignition for the front cylinder first before tearing it down. Once you know you have spark at the proper time then check the carburetor to make sure that calcium or varnish has not clogged or restricted fuel. Then it is time to check valves. Start with valve timing and then if the problem persists, check the valve travel. If a valve is not closing you can find out by checking valve gap. If the valve gap is correct and the cylinder doesn't fire, then the valve seat is bad. At this point I would suggest a full top end rebuild. I put new coils but ive never checked ignition timing on a bike. Spark is strong.

The carbs are rebuilt and theres not much affect when I spray something in front carb. But when i hit the rear its has an Immediate reaction.

@@supastihl89 then its either the valve seats or timing. Bad rings could cause some blow by witch would explain why the oil sprayed everywhere.

Hey I just went thru and the new coil was giving a weak spark. I just swapped it out and its running. Now.
