If you are female, drink ALOT of water with chia or chew on raw flax seeds.. eat good healthy hearty meals (yes. Eat well but skip the candy and junk) and work out/do yoga! Everyone's body is different so you need find whats good for you! Ps: keep in mind having a healthy weight for YOUR body is sooo important... font tgink "thin thin thin" thays wgat i did when i was younger abd i wasnt cute... i was very skinny but not An***ic My head looked like it was going to fall off my neck lol. Now im a chonk and much healthier/sexier but i wish could pull off this thin look!

I agree with the comments about checking your sizing with killstar, they can be on the genouus size. I've got three dresses from them and one I had to take the shoulder straps up on because it was just hanging on me, I didn't want to exchange it as the alternation was simple and it was skater style anyway, so the bottom half looked great, so no biggie. If it's lose fitting, e.g skater style and your like me and between sizes, go down a size rather than up would be my advice. Don't know what you or your other viewers advise. My fitted dress from killstar (zips up on the side) is fine and true to size, but I have got massive norks so that might be why 😂
