Syllabus uthao topic wise padhte jaao... aar maximum mcqs solve karo repeatedly...maine jitna padhaya hai more than enough hai bs repeat karo aar topics cover karo baar baar

Iron RDA for females 21mg/day or 29 mg/day?

Initially, I posed the same question regarding this document, and the answer was 29 mg per day. However, upon reviewing this FSSAI document again, I found the answer to be 21 but 29 is the latest so you are right.
