So if it's blue with druzy, is it bluzy?😂 Enjoyed your rockhounding trip with Fonzie as always. Beautiful stuff, crystals, banded agates, jasper boulders, you find it all. Show us some of what you cut soon.

Thanks for sharing our adventures! I used to carry out a lot more. I really just like seeing what's out there. Exploring and always looking for the one.

I used to be the same way. We went with the family to Wickenberg and I kid you not, I got so much sensory overload that I got the worst headache. I was so excited for this one area. I had my coming up to me with their finds that my headache got so bad I told my husband we have to go now. He was beyond shocked cause he knew that spot is the type of spot I dreamt about. I never new my body would react in that way over being excited. We live out in the country and we have more space then many but our place is covered in rocks so I’ve had to slowdown on bringing home so many finds. Well at least until I got some more of my finds polished. Glad I’m not the only one that gets this excited about rocks.

Those orange crystals on the quarts were really cool and the fan shaped druzy, WOW! It would be interesting to run a metal detector around that last hill. Thanks for sharing and hug a Fonzy for me!
@itslattice41952 сағат бұрын
Yeah, those are 2 of my favorites so far from this spot. I have a metal detector. I should give it a go. And of course I'll give the Fonz some hugs and belly rubs on your behalf!

Awesome finds. That really is beautiful material. Dang, that huge chunk was sweet!!
@itslattice41952 күн бұрын
Yeah that huge one had some interesting features for sure. Tempted to knock of a block of the blue with dendrites and dig up the big opal section to have a good look.

You threw down a little agate with a sweet sagenite spray. 😂 Right before you left that nice geode half. The quartz and calcite plate was epic!
@itslattice41952 күн бұрын
Bummer! I'll have to look closer. Don't want to miss a good sagenite!!

Your videos are getting me anxious to be rockhounding again. I tried getting up above ochoco reservoir 2 weeks ago but was pretty covered in snow still. Looks like you made it out at a good time! Thanks for the adventures!
@itslattice41952 сағат бұрын
Yeah, everything's either snowy or Muddy right now. Still some good ground out there that's open now. I was just out at Congleton Hollow and it was mostly snow free but extremely muddy.

Thanks for the awesome adventures! I was curious if you ever cut rocks for anyone? I have a couple pieces of yellowstone material im curious about.
@itslattice41952 сағат бұрын
Thanks for sharing our adventures with us! My saw needs a new blade and some coolant. Once it's back up and running good I could probably cut some for ya.

What can you do with the smaller seam agates that are pretty thin? Just clean up and sit on shelf? Just curious?
@itslattice41952 күн бұрын
I usually just leave the seam Agates unless they get thick with interesting features/inclusions. The small blue ones can cut some stunner cabs.
