I had two different species of urchins actually eating the Plexiglas beneath algae in one of my tanks. Had to buff the whole tank. No urchins on Plexi for me.

That's why I only use tuxedo and diadema urchins. Those purple ones are way to voracious and get too big!

I have square glasstripes in on every corner… Not possible for anything to get to the main silikonseam. Wipeing silicone with your fingers, not secureing the seals… what are you doing the whole day at work? Bbq? 😅😂 wish you happy holidays, love your content btw🙏🎄🌟

So…..what’s a safe way for Hobbyists to clean algae off of our silicone seams as part of routine maintenance?
