I was staying with a friend of my father, who was principal of government college. Bro mostly hindu community left Multan so these places either occupied by the people forcefully or converted in to Masjid. Government has must taken steps to renovate the old structures. No matter to place idols but renovate the old buildings being used as Masjid. In other area where the hindu community is residing. They have old minders there and offer there prayers as per there will.

It is really nice to hear the ancient history of Multan and how people living there keeping the old traditions alive in vegetarian food, which my grand mother used to cook. Enjoy its food esp. Sohan Halva. It is very sad that its Hindus and Sikhs had to leave and have almost disappeared.

Best work done by you because we're following you from Season1 (Germany). In this video you filmed Multan in such a way that all the best and unique parts are captured regarding food, places, pottery , shrines etc. Best editing and beautiful lens .

Such an eloquent episode. Thoroughly enjoyed it Abrar bhai . I'm just wondering how the sweet shop selling sohan halwa in Multan got it's name. Rewari sweets you said. There are plenty of Rewari sweets in my city too. I'm curious because I was born in Rewari, which is a pretty old city in Haryana.
