We make the settings from the cinematic shooting section. The images change according to the hour and the angle of the sun. You can also make changes in video editing programs, but the in-game settings are sufficient.

amd ryzen 3600 processor + 16 gb ram + 8 gb graphics card. processor gets very hot. I use liquid cooling in air-conditioned environment.
