That is so cute and suits you so well. I have a favorite book quote that I would put on one. Not glitter related though, just a favorite quote of mine. Hey Michelle, tips for micas...just use the cups you're adding your resin to but add your micas first then spray alcohol in there and stir til dissolved then add resin. If you need to add more mica afterwards, do so, then squirt it with your alcohol well before stirring.

I love that mold❤ I trick I do, when I poor my resin together. I go ahead and mix my powder and glitter together with the resin and just mix them all at once. It really does a great job. I have also noticed little to no bubbles.

Wet mica won't leave powder behind, if you let it dry all the way, that's why you use the alcohol! I really like the plum book covers. I always use alcohol with micas. The magical creations of glitz and glitter!

I've done the painting on cakes and gum paste with the food safe powders. You add vodka to the powder and it goes on just like paint. I did a white chocolate egg with it also. It is coming out great.

So similar to what I do with cookies. Edible glitters and powders with vodka sets perfectly. Vodka leaves no taste but sets perfectly. ❤❤❤ this book. Very pretty on pages of book. Great technique. I’ve done this with resin. Works a charm. Keep a journal for those tips and tricks. Could end up making a real book on resin tips. 🥰
