In this tutorial I'll be demonstrating a cloud pour, a great technique for getting cells without silicone. I got some beautiful, glowing boulder cells on this one. I have for sure. Black isn’t the best base. I prefer Dioxazine purple. It dries almost black, but gives better cells. You can add a bit of black to make it darker, but black doesn’t give the best cells.

Is the base paint and the cloud paint the same consistency? And is there anything else added into the cloud mixture other than American Floetrol and water?
