Jubilee is the acceptable year of the Lord. And it reminds me of Isaiah 61 1-2b. Which is the passage that Yeshua read to inaugurate His ministry. So Yeshua is our jubilee. Hanukkah always reminds me of Isaiah 60 where it says. Arise, shine, for your light has come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. We are in a time of great darkness in the world but the light and glory of God is rising upon His people. Blessings and peace and a wonderful new year!!

That is my understanding of Hanukkah - they light candles for 8 days since the little oil they had lasted for 8 days. I didn’t know it was about them taking the temple back. Someone on my work meeting said they can’t remember when the last time Hanukkah and Christmas aligned. Perfect alignment. It’s time. ❤
