I'm trying this recipe tomorrow, hopefully! I'm using bean sprouts, green onions, kimchi, jasmine rice, nori sheets and seafood mushrooms and steak, and normal eggs instead of an ostrich egg (because I couldn't find them nowhere). It looks absolutely delicious and I can't wait to try it!
