HI Jack, thanks for the Q&A. If was fun. First off, you didn’t drop out of school. You actually completed your education by getting your GED. Congratulations 🎉🎊🍾 A word of advice from a homeowner. I would suggest you begin in an apartment to get a feel for being on your own and paying all the bills yourself. You also want to travel a lot. You wouldn’t want to worry about all the maintenance or any issues while you’re gone. Plus, it’ll give you a better idea of what you actually want in a home while living in the space. You can transition to a townhome or full free standing home afterwards. Congrats once again on your 50k!

I think it depends on your financial means. I owned my first home at 19. At the same time my family is in real estate so I didn't want to waste money on renting. After college and marriage we have purchased two more homes in GA and FL and planning on buying another home soon. So budget and plan wisely. The money put towards rent can be invested in your own propery. Just my opinion.

I'm commenting as I watch your video, so I won't forget what I want to say. You're so young, yet so wise. What you would say to your younger self is to live your life for you. That's incredible! Some people never figure that out. They die wondering what happened? They have all this regret because they weren't true to themselves. The number one motto to live by that people have picked in a survey is one very few do. They aspire to live by it, but they're too scared. You sound like you are living by it. The motto is: To thine own self be true.

First off a big round of applause for taking time off and figuring out how to get your mind refocused on what's important which is You. Good to know you are "Ok". Second I suggest you get an apt. Learn to live in that space first. Not to discourage you from buying a home but if you want to travel the last thing you need is the stress of a mortgage and everything that comes with owning a home. So much easier to get out of a lease. Now if you got the bread to buy a house outright then I say DO IT! Third don't ever look down on the factor you quit school for a career you KNEW was the better outcome for you. You are not the first person to do it or will be the last. I know people that went ALL the way with their education and degree after degree and have nothing to show for it besides some diplomas on the wall. I may have only been around a hot minute but I've watched you evolve from the first video to now and it has really moved pretty fast. Just this month you gained another 2k of subscribers?!?!? Amazing. Keep doing you and know that many here are rooting for you. Many continued blessings!!!

I’ve been living on my own since I was 16. I’d def recommend an apt first because being solely responsible for maintaining a space, from bills to upkeep, requires some adjustment. Also allows you to figure out what you want not only in your space but in your surroundings-the neighborhood amenities etc. Sometimes it’s not what you thought you wanted and an apt allows you to figure that out initially.

Also too I appreciate that you addressed the new direction. I discovered you through your Janet, MJ, Mariah & Whitney reviews (and seeing as how they're all 4 of my favorite artists ever), but like you said it always concerned me how fast you'd run through certain artists works, and like you said you end up faced with (especially in deceased artists like Michael, Whitney, Prince, Aaliyah, Pac & Left Eye/TLC) burning out artists entire discographies in too short of a time. And that's something I've always hoped you'd see & maybe change, and yea truth is for someone like me who's got little to nothing good to say about the majority of today's musicians, I might not watch every reaction like I would when you'd do Janet, Mariah & TLC in the same day, but Im always gonna keep up and watch when you do artists/songs I love or am curious about or are curious about what you have to say about them, so Im in your corner for the win no matter what.

I have one tattoo. It is of a cross and is over my heart. I used to wear a cross necklaces all the time. But after a while they would break. That's why I decided to get a tattoo of a cross. It would always be with me. If you get a tattoo, I would recommend the Star of David. Since you seem to have an affinity for those necklaces. I'm guessing similar to me. If you got a tattoo of the Star of David u wouldn't have to wear the necklace anymore. It would always be with you. Just where? I don't know. It depends on what it means to you. Over your heart? Over your chest where The medallion would normally hang? Underside of your wrist, where you can look at it as a reminder of what it brings to you?

Jack’s Tracks, or Jax’ Trax. Glad to see you back! So just saw you like bachata. Didn’t think you liked Latino/Spanish music. My favorite Spanish (literally she is Spanish) is Rosalia. Have you heard of her? Have you reacted to her, or any Spanish language songs? She is my favorite artist right now, her reaction videos are pretty popular right now. She was just on SNL with Bad Bunny. Anyway, the foundation of her music is Flamenco but she incorporates it into reggaeton music. Her album was actually her college dissertation. Her vocals are literally unlike anyone’s else’s. She also just did a song with Billie Eilish. I could go on and on. Well I would react to Con Altura with J. Housing market gonna change my guy...least here in NZ. I'm not sure US. From my understanding here, with additional capital gains tax if u were to buy small be prepared to hold on to that for 10yrs coz if u sell earlier to upgrade expand a family etc...this govt will tax the shit out ur gains...that's my understanding. Talk to someone who knows property tax/law over there. Also, I'm soooo happy your alive and well! Like many of your supporters, I too was slowly losing my shit wondering after ya! Blessings
