For a long time, as Chanel prices have risen, I no longer thought I could afford it. I think I would be happy to have a HIDUPZ as a travel bag that I don't have to take care of. By the way, I'm sure no one would have a hard time telling the difference. Thanks for the comparison.

Hi Dawn, I think a good price range for a GST in excellent condition and full package would be $2100 - $2300. I paid $2200 for mine, invoiced via PP and including shipping. Let me know when you find yours!

great video. I know its an old video for you and not sure if you still have this bag or not, but I am thinking of getting it on the preloved market and wanted to know if you think it's heavy? I use the Neverfull MM now and its light weight but need a change and was thinking about this.. Again I am concerned about how heavy it is and or can get.

Hi Paula, I love my GST and have no plans to sell it. I use use a lot for work. I think you need to consider how much you use her (or not) and decide from there. I don't sell much however if there are items I don't really use, I will sell them. Just make sure you won't have buyers remorse. 😍

If you put the outside strap UNDER, and cross the inside strap OVER, then the outside strap NEVER falls. You’re doing it the opposite way, that’s why it falls off.

Congrats I think it’s a great work tote as well as an every day tote I made the mistake of purchasing the givenchy antigona in size medium as a work bag just because the small size would not fit my “work laptop” the more I sat with the idea of spending over $2500 on a bag just for work was not sitting well with me so Saks let me return it for a full refund which takes a few days 7-10 to get refunded so once I make sure all goes well with that refund I will be repurchasing the givenchy antigona in shiny box leather however in the small size as for my “work laptop” I bought a cheap staples laptop bag for those days I need to carry a laptop ,it was the wiser thing for me to do to be able to use a beautiful bag like that every day not just as a work bag I really really loved the look and structure of the givenchy antigona only in the shiny calf , I spoke with Jerry from leather surgeons who suggests to be sure to store your structured chanel bags such as the GST laying down not standing up , my Tivoli straps I have to criss cross them to get them to stay right and it’s no bother at all ,you will have less sagging if you don’t store it standing up you can speak with Jerry from leather surgeons and he will explain it to you why it’s necessary to keep structure !! Congrats silver hardware is my favorite !

Thanks for the storing suggestions. I have been keeping her upright, may have to lay her down instead! I use the laptop bag my work issued me, pretty ugly but I don’t even try to carry it in my bags except when I travel and then it goes in a Longchamp bag. I hope you love your small Antigona!
