Do you know of a way to edit amos programs in a different text editor and load them into amos?

Afraid not. That would be a very nice utility to have. There may already be something out there that does this.

Yeah you can absolutely get ascii text in and out of Amos pro easily and natively. I did it this morning both ways. To import it’s called ‘merge ascii’ and I believe it’s in the file menu. To export it is in the block menu ‘save as ascii. If you want to save the whole file: A-a to select all, A-s to store it as a block, then A-S-a to save as ascii. Real quick once you know what to do,
