II think that you’re the only one that shows that you use your extra resin on something a lot of other KZbinrs don’t show with the use the rest of their resin for if they made too much or not. And I always have extra never fails.

Julie, POURING YOUR HEART OUT, does extras all the time so, don't feel bad. She rarely embellishes them like you do and they are usually just heart pendents. Balloon dog came out adorable! Good job Michelle.

I love that. It's so cute, and the pompoms actually add to the balloon theme. Pouring your heart out always has some resin left to make puffy hearts. I myself always have a Lorne resin left, too. Always have a small mold on hand lol

Hi Michelle! I finally made the elk mold I got from you, used the Pinky Keen glitter for her! First regular resin project for me! Yay! You helped me have the confidence to just do it! I had only a little bit left, made a pair of earrings and a keychain! I still have to demold them this morning! Next up will be the flower molds I got from you! (And another elk, they are so cute!) I've also seen 3D blooms with Washi Tape flowers added on the top to make the blooms stand out even more. If you have Washi Tape with leaves & flowers they would look fantastic in coasters, especially at Xmas time with lots of beautiful flowers Anything is possible. I also loved someone's suggestion of using marbles in the balloon dog. Peanuts & popcorn is another thought as well. You could practically use anything in that balloon dog Thank you for sharing your talent

Michelle, your not alone in the extras, I do as well, I just don't make mine as pretty..I just put it in a mold🤣 If you don't mind a tip, when your adding things to a mold like these pom POM's, after you have added them about 1/2 way full, add the rest in a cup of resin, then put both in the vacuum chamber, that will pull out all the air and bubbles from both, then you can finish filling your mold with the rest of debubbled ones from the cup. It works like a charm. ❤

Adorable! Let the Pom Pom’s sit in the resin for a few minutes before you put them in your mold, that will help stop any bubbles.

Do you think you could vacuum pot the mold with the pom-poms in? Evan & Katelyn do the vacuum pot with the molds, but I would be scared to try. Another thing on my list, but it's going to have to wait until I get some money coming back from my hobby.

I’ve used washi tape in open bezels. I used a thin layer of uv resin. Then put my washi tape and add a topcoat with uv resin.

I love using pom poms. I did mine in the catapiller. It turned out so cute. I put them in resin first.and then picked out different sizes and put one in at a time until I got to the top. I use washpe tape on everything. Mostly braclets.

I'm so glad you said to tell you what we want to see. I had an idea. What if you took the cracked coasters and drew in the lines then did the one layer of a napkin or paper or something with a victorian design and put that in the coaster and made it actually look like a China dish

I think he's adorbs!! And I think the pompoms probably made the resin a little unclear. I used pussywillows in a bunny and they made my resin a tidbit cloudy too. And we love the extras!! In seeing the hand mold with the pretty silver and the black and purple glitter on top, I really liked those colors together s I'm inspired to make something like that. 😃❤👍✌💜

I think the reason the poms worked so well over the balloons is that they absorbed the resin, and the balloons did not. This time, there was plenty of resin in his neck.

Maybe mix all the pom poms in the resin and then put through vacuum chamber? I'm sure bubbles will still reincorporate to some degree, but maybe the microbubbles are the reason for the clarity issue?
