Hi! I have a question. What is the correct use: “Informative of x” or “Informative for x” ? What is the difference? I’m writing an essay and want to use in a sentence “these procedures are not alway informative of/for the actual risk to the human health and xxx” Is there a better phrase to convey this? I’ve searched google and it’s showing informative about/ informative on. Somehow, these don’t sound familiar…..
@Speakconfidentenglish
@Speakconfidentenglish 2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the question. It may help to think of the structures like this: To be informative of something vs. to be informative for someone. I hope this helps.
