The Shabbat that falls between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur is called Shabbat Shuvah, or the Sabbath of return. If that word reminds you of the word teshuvah, that's not a coincidence - they share a common root.. Teshuvah, or repentance, is a core concept of the High Holidays.The word literally means "return!"

It is indeed good news that GOD will transform our hearts to follow HIM. This time points forward to the judgment, when it will be stated that "he that is filthy let him be filthy still, and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still, and he that is holy let him be holy still." So this shows that GOD can finish that work that HE has started in us , and as Isaac said it will make us happy, even now.

THE SABBATH 7 day Friday night to Saturday night I MUST KEEP. I MUST … I’m a civil servant in Nyc for 17 years just about NYPD. THUS I HAVE TO SERVE ON THE SABBATH. HOWEVER, things I have control over as far as work on the SABBATH I MUST NOT DO. FOR EXAMPLE EXERCISE. BROTHERS AND SISTER. SIX DAYS ARE GIVING FOR US TO WORK I BELIEVE NOW THATS INCLUDING EXERCISE. I KNOW FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE. PLEASE REST AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. SHALOM.
