52toys 1/18 scale Captain Commando

Checked this out mainly because I wanna see what I should expect for the Final Fight line. I’m not familiar with 52toys, but I love Final Fight so I hope they do a good series of figures. I believe they’ll be pretty solid figures after watching this, thanks for the review!

These look awesome I don't collect 1/18 or captain commando but I really wanna get these. Its like a combo of toys i had as a kid and modern figures.

The more Capcom based action figures, the better! I just wish they were 1/12. I'm so happy to have them, I will just deal with it. Without goons to fight, they don't have the same impact. Can anyone recommend some cheap 1/18 goons to buy? Nice to have a new Captain Commando. Haven't had one since Toybiz's Marvel VS Capcom 2 pack.

The sculpts are great, but it's disappointing to see the articulation being a bit questionable in places. I'm with you though, the character designs are wonderful and the figures do a good job of representing them. Between the scale and lacklustre articulation and accessories I'm not over the moon about these as figures (at least not like I'd like to be), but beggars can't be choosers and I don't feel too bad about having these on pre-order. From what we've seen of the Final Fight figures I think they're unfortunately a step down from these (strange proportions, poor choice of accessories, etc), but the pull of a unified Capcom beat 'em up display might be too strong for me to pass them up. The Tenchi wo Kurau figures I don't care much about but I would love to see them tackle Knights of the Round or King of Dragon's next! (some bad guys to go with the heroes wouldn't hurt either...)
