My weight used to lose and gain plenty of time, and I got sick of it. 6 months ago, I became binge and eat a lot then my weight reach to 58kg That’s the most terrible time in my life, but suddenly I figured out the truth that I can’t mantain my weight. It is:” I’m extremely stick to the diet plan and not listen to my feeling inside” And I decided re-organize the routine, have a cheat meal once week or care more about the calories I ate and burnt, not really have to work out everyday if I feel tired and so on. I feel better now, I’m sure my weight lost a lot, but It’s not very important with me at the current. Just looking at myself in the mirror and feel how beautiful I’ve tried day by day and always happy at everything I has. Guys, C’mon….. You can do it, listen to yourself as well and love yourself hardly 💕

I find myself in the same postition as you :-/ I went from 165, 45 to 58kg in a year and a halfbecause I struggled with food, but then I began to have binge eating issues and mental health issues, so it was hard for me to exercise, etc. I'm going to actually hold myself accountable this time and follow this journey with you just like I did before. I'll check up on this comment in a month, and weigh myself at least 2x a week and slowly implement exercise.

@@_s.ara69 so sorry, i forgot about this!! but im currently 47-48kg now :) Ive maintained it easily by eating usually only 2x a day and healthier options (stopped binging because my appetite naturally got smaller, and realized that when you binge and you finish eating everything, that your problems are still there: you should just try and face the root of the problem instead of avoiding it.), etc. im super satisfied confident in myself and my hard work now!!! u got this🖤🖤

As someone who is dealing with binge eating and mental health issues, this is inspiring! Half the time I don't even realize i binge eat and then i feel so guilty afterwards but you are right this is a sign to face our issues with courage ❤

this is such good inspo, as i just got to know that i'm currently at my heaviest weight ever 💓 got some ideas to implement for my habits and workout routines that doesn't lead back to ed, but a healthy mind and body!😊

Something to take into account is that sometimes we can gain HEALTHY weight. Babe its normal to not be able to mantain the same weight after 3 years. You are still growing.

I was 49 then I become 51~52 , Then I gained until 54~55 , so I tried many different diet every time I fail ( for about 3 months) but I succeeded at some point. And now I’m 54 wanting 44 , I started diet for about one month yesterday and I lost 0.5 kg 💗

I'm the exact same as you rn, same weights and everything!!! I went from 45kg to 52 in about a year, and then I gained and bit more up to 54. But I'm back down to 52 because I've been dieting. We can do it!!! My goal is also 45 again😊

same! gained all this weight because of the meds i have to take constantly. we can do it, i'm sure of it! (although, i don't think i could lose weight eating like she does, i guess i need to be more strict unfortunately)

In 2020 I lost my weight to 58 from 83, but then in 2021 I gain to 63kg and has been maintaining that weight until July 2022, and then on August 2022 I decided to start my fitness again and went down to 54kg, but now I gained to 55kg haha. I'm still trying to lose until 49kg tho. Just do it slowly guys! Enjoy the process and don't feel too pressured!!

That last breakfast was more like a desert. If you are going to eat past during a loosening weight Journey you need need to add spinach. The lemon water is go and also that you drink it first thing in the morning.

I'm 53,3 kg now, I used to be 43 four months ago... but I stuggle with binge eating, bcs of stress and depression. I actually feel very bad about the way I look and I get a lot of comments that I have gained a lot and that I don't look like myself anymore. Does anyone has tips for me on how to stop overeating, constant snacking and eventialy loosing weight till I'm at a healthy weight again? Thank you so much for the video, its very helpfull!❤

When ever you have time, just get a like serving plate and cut up all kinds of fruits and veggies and put them on the plate, you can keep it in your fridge or keep it out. Whenever you feel like snacking just take the plate out and eat some. It is much healthier than snacking on chips

Hi, I was on 68 kg 5'3 height when I am at 24 years and I was looking very fatty. I Decided to reduce it. I did lot of diets more then 1 and 1/2 year. I reduced to 48 kg. Later I was trying to balance and some times I can't able to control to eat fav foods. Again I gain wait till 63 kg. Now again I decided to reduce wait now I am 61kg. But I want reduce till 50kg I don't know when I will be 50kg.

I was 48, then in November or December I was 54, two weeks ago I was 48 and now I’m 50 or 51. I feel really bad when I’m eating unhealthy foods. Yesterday and today I eat so much fast food and I feel really guilty about it. I don’t know what should I do rn. I want to be 46kg. If you want to I’m thinking maybe a Insta group helps it. We can share what are we eating in a day and we can see how much we changed. You can comment your Insta acc in here🥰 btw sorry for my bad English, I think you guys will understand anyway😋😋
