I think that the only way to be healthy(meaning keeping msucle) and get less fat is to exercise and have a well planned diet(not just eating less). So that the exercise burns both the starch intake and the fats. Cardio is necessary in this case. I don't think it is very desirable to eat little and move little. Not how humans work.

Thanks for sharing. I lost 4.6 kilograms in 30 days without exercise. I eat 1-3 tablespoons of any food every hour. My goal is just to avoid insulin spikes while keeping myself satiated. The only time I stop eating is when I sleep. 😊
