@@adh1980s 550k...... you must be dreaming , I know this area and that is 10k per acre . This land might be worth 2k per acre at the most . The building is mostly 20k and needs work . A lot of work . I think it's 120k-140k would be a good deal , and much more than that you can find better land deals near the lake , a real lake and or near the mountains .

Very cheap house ....... land and 2 acre pond is only good part of deal . Land in Maynardville is still reasonable , I wonder if this sold for more than 120k ?
