well, that was very soothing. Never thought I'd enjoy a 5 min 5 ball kaskade video. Yet it's very watchable, very pleasent.

Fantastic lesson on posture seen from different angles. So much to learn from this. Thank you for your generosity in sharing this. All the best to you.

I am delighted and excited to see this. I find this a clear reference for coaching when I share an opportunity for improvement. I will make a more detailed index of your visual vocabulary. Usually my suggestions are aimed at showing the dimension that can shift. Here you have not only done that, you objectively demonstrate the potential cost of being out of center. Any self-observer (video yourself and look) can now make a choice. My coaching is now reduced to my favorite elements of observation and inspiration (with the support of the rich clear vocabulary you provide). Bravo!

Very useful video, I was wondering lately about doing something similar, but this video has exhausted the topic and I have nothing to add

Wow, that's dope!! I love being able to see all the different ways at the same time! It makes the contrast and the comparaison so much clearer! Amazing work, and obviously, great skills! Thanks for the share :)
