Hi Sheila, thank you so much for this video. I have been knitting, well kind of still learning, for the past 5 years roughly, only in winters. We don't have very good variety of local yarns available here in Pakistan but I can order online for foreign wools. I really enjoyed this video and learnt the pattern easily, as you explained with such sweet voice and easy approach, keeping the old school feel, which I admire a lot. Thank you for sharing this tutorial with us its a beautiful pattern and well explained but u did not mentioned about a button hole and after i made it it seems to be too small if i want to make a bigger in size then how many loops do i have to cast on pl help

i make buttonholes be having the Wool forward in front of the needle and knitting 2 sts together do not tighten the wfd stitch keep it slack for a larger buttonhole just wrap the wool round the needle twice ..

I don't know what country you are in Barbara but we the United Kingdom use different terms for our knitting yarn, my patterns are all double knitting yarn which i think is a little bit thicker than your 2 weight i used 3.25mm needles for the ribs and 4.00mm for the rest..

I have sent you the Rosebud PDF twice Annmarie through your email, if you are using a phone to download it might not open up, it doesn't on my Samsung phone but does on my Tablet and Laptop if you still have a problem let me know and i could maybe print it off for you and post it to you but would have to charge you postage and a little bit for paper and ink about £2 altogether..let me know in your email.. i have also uploaded my patterns into the file section of a facebook group called Knitting Network if you are on that group you could also download them from there
