As Alana was speaking about oneness, my attention was drawn to the writing on the wall behind her. It shows only partially, but almost immediately, my mind recognized it "Ek Onkar" ... "There is only one God”. I get the feeling that Alana has saturated her Kundalini studio with that sentiment. At around 31:34, Alana briefly mentions the role of the intellect. Again, immediately, as she lovingly called it "little guy," my mind went to Tarot Key 0 ‐ The Fool. The white dog represents our intellect, and it's placement in the scene symbolizes how the intellect is a companion to our whole being, but it is not all that we are, or all that should be relied upon. The single greatest statement from this episode was her emphasis on our transformation requiring daily practice. There are so many instances of the notion that "awakening" is instantaneous. While we can experience an "awakening" instantaneously, we can still "go back to sleep." It is through our daily efforts that we create the patterns necessary to remain awake and awakening further. Thank you, Alana, for going through all that you did to become an expression of the Life Power. ... and Jen for bringing forth the evidence that so many others are doing the same. Namaste. 🙏🏿 Wahe Guru

Wow..thank you for the deep noticing and reflections. Yes, it's Ek On Kar in the background of my dear friend's Kundalini studio in Mallorca, Spain. The vibration floods the transmission. And, yes...I really believe we need to put the time in to develop our senses and body to hold and sustain energy. Wahe Guru!
