It’s crazy. Hicks makes the average person look small, terry makes hicks look small, and Brian makes terry look small. Brian’s mom truly deserves so much props and credit, for a variety of reasons 😂

Brian walked out of his mom with the same amount of hair he still has. Things were weird when he stared to use the umbilical cord as a resistance band though.

I feel like we don't appreciate Brian's full ROM technique enough. Each rep moves about half a mile and doesn't slow down 😂
@cusefan5510
@cusefan5510 Жыл бұрын
I’m a couple inches shorter than Brian, people never respect how strong you have to be to hit that full range of motion on all your pressing movements. Brian is an alien.
@anthonybeltran2696
@anthonybeltran2696 Жыл бұрын
@@cusefan5510 people don’t respect because taller people have a larger frame and thus a greater potential for more muscle growth and strength. Sure, you’ve got a greater ROM to travel, but you also have ALOT more muscle packed onto those long bones. Pressing movements only suck for taller people at a beginner level with long ass arms and no muscle. This coming from a tall guy.
@Chrontard
@Chrontard Жыл бұрын
@@cusefan5510 in one rep max, ROM doesnt even matter, in fact taller people are in advantage there.. pressing record holders are all tall people.. even olympic weightlifters with highest numbers are tall...

@@anthonybeltran2696 Truth to that. I'm 6'6" at 247lbs and I recently hit a bench PR at 285, but probably would have been 300 if I didn't progressively load the bar and tire myself out.

No doubt his strength is impressive but there is also no way I would trade my body for his. All kinds of strength but that size on that frame is unwieldy. There is no way he is going out and playing a game of basketball or going mountain biking and for darn sure he isn't running for more than 5 minutes. I am sure he is thrilled and good for him, just processing what limitations come with that size was kind of interesting to me. I feel like Brian at 6'9" is going to live with size limitations no matter what mass he puts on, might as well reap the benefits.
@ConnoisseurOfExistence
@ConnoisseurOfExistence Жыл бұрын
@@NONO-hz4vo My bodyweight is 115 kg at height 182 cm. I look kinda fat, my bench is 170 kg, 200 kg squat, 230 deadlift. I can do 5 sets of 7-8 pullups, good box jumps, I run 2.5 miles twice a week and often go for 8-12 hours walks. I wouldn't trade my strength for leaner body, I can do everything I want with this one.
