REQUEST: Please include in one of your presentations your take (or habits) on kitchen and food hygiene. Recently, I learned that cat owners cannot stop the animal from jumping on top of things, but when I see them on kitchen counter tops and any food touching items, I admit to cringing a bit. I trust you have healthy habits, but since you're a teacher, please do share how you manage this..

I watch so many amazing women in your age cohort on YT, from artists to homesteaders, even a cottage core wife and mother. I don't know how your generation got a bad reputation. So many of you are doing awesome things, making our world a more inspiring place. I am ashamed that I have accomplished so little with 20 more additional years, but now I'm working on goals, day by day, and one by one. Thank you. Keep doing. Keep inspiring.

I love to hear you speak this...I sensed we are in a similar place. Its so peaceful to not judge or care about what others say...almost like how did I EVER let it happen... its just nonsense when you look at the layers. I also realise that I manifest everything based on my energy frequency/moods and we have to choose what to serve the matrix society or our true selves. I choose the oneness. Practicing open heart meditation has been such a blessing learning that the heart chakra, where the source lies, helps to balance out the crown chakra which if unbalanced tends to set us off on a spiritual journey to find truth when its already here - feel our way through life by being aware of what the body is doing. We must practice opening up the heart chakra. I have been to Portugal many times and know I am destine to live there so maybe out paths will cross one day x

I have chickens and the eggs are so delicious usually we dont wash the eggs until we are going to eat them simply because we store them on the countertop. If you wash the eggs it removed the enzyme on the outside of the egg that preserves them and then it is necessary to refrigerate sooner.

Dear Eugenia, it is such a treat and inspiration to watch the beauty of your days unfolding with so much attention to every little thing. Thank you for sharing this abundance of sensory awareness with the world in the way you do! Re stinging nettle: it is such an amazing nutrient rich and versatile plant! Have you tasted the early spring sprouts before? If you stroke the stems and leaves from the bottom up to the leaf tips the tiny hairs containing the acidic fluid break without hurting you - and then you can eat the whole goodness. I find the flavour of the fresh leaves really delicious! You can also make tea, soup, quiche etc from it (any heating process will get rid of the stingy bits). The taste alters completely through the heat transformation. Making a pesto from fresh stinging nettle is also fabulous! You can add other leaves as you wish - nasturtium, bishop's weed, ... whatever is at hand and add in sunflower seeds, almonds, cashews or walnuts instead of the typical pine nuts. I also trained as a medical doctor, currently deepening my training as a herbalist and yoga therapist, so I find it particularly inspiring to see you & your gorgeous house & garden thrive doing what you love! My grandma & mum passed on their enjoyment of being in nature to me and I have always loved sticking my fingers in the ground... Wherever in the world I put roots down there always have been & will be at least some flower pots if not a few garden beds to grow herbs and flowers, fruit and veggies... It is such a blessing like you alluded to in this video to be privy to watching all these alchemical processes of the ever changing nature of life at play - they inspire humility, gratitude and a deep sense of peace simultaneously... There is so much grace, joy and loving kindness vibrating through and from your imagery and seeing the way Lolita & Aspen relax around you - thank you! 😊❤

I do oil pulling. Have for the last 6-7 years. So great! aside from your said advantages it calms me down and great for nose breathing. Just a kind note- Make sure your viewers know to spit out the oil in the garbage and not the sink or toilet. It will mess up the pipe system. with love, Madelyn xo

When you showed your flowers with a smile, it made me smile, and then I cried because my life has been so hectic and stressful lately.... and I love your life and would also love to live a life where I can slow down and enjoy nature and my own company, and do the things that I LOVE to do, instead of things I am forced to do at work. Thank you for your video(s) because it shows me that it is possible to live the kind of life that I want. Keep posting please, and I will keep working towards my goal. Thank you so much. 🙏

Did you know that nettles make the better spinach? I sauté the young leaves in ghee with just a little salt. They taste very good. And you can dry the seeds. I have a big jar of nettle seeds and use them in soups, salads.. basically for everything since they have a lot of health benefits. If you get stung, that's a good thing. I touch them on purpose since it's good against rheumatoid arthritis.

Thank you its lovely to see your morning routine, as it is that you can grow cosmos and calendula in Feb in Portugal, here in the UK the snowdrops which are one of the flowers I most cherish,( ice maidens at heart) are giving way to early daffodils. I'm trying to hold off sewing seeds just yet in my little cold greenhouse February and March poses the risk of snow and hard frosts but it brings a warmth to soul to think of spring just around the corner xx

Yes, I was about to comment for the same information. I would love to research them and see if those ingredients would suit me. It's always better hearing from someone who has benefited from taking them and who I have followed over time to see how they live. I feel such people are more trustworthy than reading blind online reviews of the products which give a single snapshot into someone's life.

I love lemon anything. I am going to try your recipes. Is it warm in Portugal? We are in summer here in Costa Rica which doesn't mean much since it is summer all year. Your gardens are so neat and clean. You are a fastidious gardner which takes a lot of energy. I am a Psychologist retired. When I was practicing, my patients had to come to me. This on line therapy is great. It takes the embarrassment out of therapy for many. Thank you for letting us visit.

Oil pulling is an extremely beneficial practice for dental health that I was taught over 15 years ago. My Ayurvedic physicians told me that 5-10 mins is plenty of time. A study published in the New England Journal of !Medicine over 10 years ago found olive oil to be the most effective at improving dental health and killing damaging bacteria. This was compared to coconut and sesame oil.

I planted a huge bed of flowers in my backyard, sunflowers , marigolds, different types of verbena it was so lovely. We had a heatwave and I think a drought , the garden died. But what I was so intrigued by was the life that flourished in there, ladybugs, butterflies, bees ( lots of bees) I couldn’t bring myself to pulk a single flower out🙈 trying to bring it back to life currently.

Also this cookie recipe: You can alter this too.. sometimes I add pumpkin spice and orange peel.. or sub chocolate for currents or even berries and make more of a scone.. will use avocado or olive oil instead of butter and mashed ripe banana for egg or a flax egg.. turns out great!! Or multiple bananas and no oil... or add squash puree instead ...
