I bought my isochain 1st generation in pre-release. Didn't start using till October. Love your content and the isochain. Seeing amazing results for an old man. I'm 52, was a all natural bodybuilder in my 20's. I over trained and burned out by 30. Just now back into it. Iso got me back into it. Mostly now just iso and dip station calisthenics. Need to add some pull-ups.

You can make 1 for like 40 bucks at home depot in the meantime if you want! I always recommend that for those on the fence about an Isochain😁

You can add a cranescale as well. Won’t make noise and offer other luxuries like the isochain menu but it will indicate the weight you hit.

Great video! Very inspiring! Just getting into iso training... Have iso trainer, iso loop and crazy 8 pull-up grips on the way... Looking forward to getting these and starting the overcoming isometrics. Looking forward to graduating to the iso chain after some time...

Two weeks into overcoming isometrics and I’m not sure why I need more than one set per exercise! I’m breathing like a racehorse and plenty tired at the end.

Dont know if i just cant hear it but sounds like youre holding your breath. If so, release it slowly throughout the tension and youll exert way more force and activate the muslces much more too. Cool setup though!! Isometrics is crucial.

Good morning, I recently received an email from Dragon Door with the latest iso chain available without the chain replaced by a heavy duty strap and a hard plastic portable platform as it looks very interesting offered at a low price for only $299 if ordered before the 26th of December.

I love it! I prefer the Isochain baseplate for some exercises but the Max is an improvement in just about every way!

hello , just wanted to ask a question regarding this type of training, as i am person with disability, poor balance. Would these exercises done laying down, train on horizontal plain, have a similar effect or does vertical aspect have a major role in the training?

How would you recommend people incorporate isometric training with regular training? I do a very basic weightlifting workout, and I also train in kickboxing. I'm thinking that doing a full-on session of each of those three things in a single day might be too much. Should I do isometrics before or after another kind of training (such as weightlifting or kickboxing)?

On the contraction we need to breathe out. On some videos you may see me gritting or showing my teeth. I'm breathing out through my mouth there

What sort of translatable strength gains have you noticed since starting these isometrics? With standard compound lifts etc. Are you tracking your power gains with any metrics?

Ive noticed them everywhere. Craziest gain so far was in my traps back in 2021 when i shrugged 495 and then 500 and didnt tear anything lmao. Also my leg days have never been better! Just split squatted 3 set of 10 at 105lb dumbells per side (insta and fb reels for video) and before the isochain, doing a split squat bodyweight alone caused massive pain and a lightning bolt feeling in my left knee. there are more but these stand out to me

Link is in description💪 its strapped to a baseplate that also comes with the bar. It's all one unit and it's called the IsoMax

I noticed that in the second exercise, for the triceps, one shoulder is raised higher than the other. Certainly one side is stronger than the other, but maybe you should pay attention to this. What is your opinion on this?

Great physique bro, you are like textbook swole lol. I've been considering picking up the isobar just to see where I stand on sticking points during different movements. Any advantage to using the chain and the rest of the setup over just like a gymnsstic ring strap though? Seems like it would give you more precise control on the length and be faster to adjust.

Id only use the chain setup if youre going after power gains and isometric workout routines. Otherwise if you'd like to use just the bar to measure strength, I think thats fine too

I am. 14 years of consistency. Personally I don't think I'm that big. Currently I just take a protein shake and some creatine 😅 Was this an answer you expected?

that's a natural physique, as a natural it's big or lean, he's got good muscle mass but isn't very lean or pumped looking, if he was to get leaner he'd lose size, unfortunately that's always gonna be the way for natural guys, great natural bodybuilding physique though

To each their own. I have a life fitness Torso Rotation in the sunroom that's about 3000 normally. Typical for gym equipment, so I guess it just depends on who you to talk to and if they find value in the equipment
