This is a centrifugal supercharger versus a roots-type supercharger. The centrifugal superchargers do not give off the same whine as a roots-type as it is not bolted onto the motor.

I'm confused as well. I watched the clip from Procharger and they showed their SRT at about 580hp at the wheels. I just ordered my unit and hope I get closer to that 580. 540whp I don't believe would put it above 700hp at the crank. Maybe 675hp at the crank. Still fun I'm sure.

Looks to be running to all 4 wheels on the pull. Makes a pretty big difference for numbers if it is only running to the rear.

@@w4pher I had watched a video here on KZbin by Hennessy Performance doing a dyno pull on a stock Trackhawk. It was on a Dyno Jet and all four wheels engaged. It pulled 575hp at the wheels. The Trackhawk as we know has 707hp.

@@wornshoes7975 May just be a conservative tune. Forged Rods and Pistons and I'm sure it would be some way higher numbers.
