Hi Terri, this video is still very much present today. There is no newer 55+ communities that have been added to the area since the video was created. Nor any that are on the horizon that i'm aware of.

Hello David. We found your channel on KZbin. My wife and I are planning to move to Florida in 2024 or 2025. We are Senior Citizens at the age now 60. We are planning now to get on maybe a waiting list. We would like to live in Senior Living apartments close to the cruise ship ports. We have a budget $900-$1100. We prefer to live in a single level 1 or 2 bedroom & 1 or 2 bath. We are planning on going on many cruises. Can you help us?
