We take on one of our longest travel journeys ever, 55 HOURS to be exact! It’s been a long time coming but in this video we leave Thailand and cross the border into Laos. We can’t wait for you to see our long journey where we take local transport including buses, a boat and a few tuktuks!

BORDER CROSSING INFORMATION:
Chiang Kong to Laos border - 25 baht cost to cross friendship bridge on bus
Visa for Laos - On Arrival, 30 days & 1,500 Baht / 40 Dollars (+40 Baht Admin fee) (They accept Thai Baht, Dollars, Euros, Chinese Yen) *Make sure your dollar bills are pristine with no marks/rips
Laos border to Huay Xai - Tuktuks are waiting outside and charge fixed price 100 Baht / 50,000 Kip per person
