I have done this workout and would suggest another version with 30 seconds instead of 20 and also a variation if you have more than one set. So one set code 20 and the second 30. The workout is rocking❤

Somewhere along the middle mark, with 10lbs, I had to push through to the finish, and finish, I did. Yay me. At 49, I'm in the best shape of my life, and along with, of course, my own dedication, I attribute that to your workouts. What an all-standing calorie torcher! Did not miss the burpees. 😂 I wanted to walk in place for the second set of jumping 180 split lunges, but I pushed through. We can do anything for 20 seconds, right!
