Why are most of the videos jumping? I don't hurt my knee by jumping so much? There would be an intensity process so that the knee does not suffer so much (?)

Amazing workout, thanks!!! I made 8132 steps and burned 465 Kcal according to my Garmin. The exercises with high jumping were too complicated, but anyway this training was super intensive, I love it!

For past 2.5 months I only did this exercise for 6-7 times a week and the result today I've lost 9kg, my posture became better than before, and I'm still doing this.

I did 5!burpees stack each time. Only did 1850 steps though and only 150 calories 😮. Not fair!!
