I am a 58 year old mother of two 27 year old girls and former athlete. I stumbled on your workouts 6 months ago when looking for HIITs to keep me on my toes. These have been a great substitutes in leu of running. Thank you and I appreciate your workouts.

🔥🔥🔥 It was challenging, but I enjoyed it ! Back in the day I was a Beachbody coach doing all those Beachbody workouts Shane-T and ChaLean! Lol and I did Tae-bo! I still own those DVD’s and a dvd player because I still them time to time. 😊
