55 Willys Two Door Station Wagon Last Moments. Complete Teardown Step by Step Dismantle of a Classic

This one made me a little sad to tear apart and know that it will never be on the road again. But, it sacrificed itself so that other Willy's will live on. It was destined for the crusher before we picked it up. There were still a bunch of good parts left on this old beauty, so we salvaged what we could.
At some point the engine swapped with a Ford 223 inline 6 cyl from the late 60's
-T90 3 speed transmission
-Dana 18 transfer case which was pretty tore up. You will see the damage when we split it from the transmission.
- Dana 25 front axle,
-Dana 44 offset rear axle - 4.88 gear ratio. Both were in good condition.
There wasn't much left in the interior, Dash was good and most of the glass was still intact.
The cab was also full of spare parts and other miscellaneous items like an old tent and about 20 wasp and hornets nests.
This was the first time I have had a chance to work on one of these, now it just makes me want one even more than before.

Very cool. I enjoyed watching. I am building a 55 right now. When I got it it was in a River bed for 20 years so just got the cab fenders and doors. Mostly rotted tho. It was cool seeing how the stock was. Answered alot of questions I had on stock form Over 500 hours and 80k in just parts and she is almost done 😂 Thank you for taking the time to make the video…
