Brian , Thanks for telling us the cost of some of the equipment. Maybe people will realize what it costs to run a business and to make money. !!!!!!

Im in Venice Florida and both those hurricanes sucked. Really messed up the houses along the coast from the surge

Another very professional tank removal with the appearance of the property looking better than when you started work. The homeowner was fortunate that they got that tank removed before it started to leak much more. A costly remediation was avoided here.

Check to see if axles are below or above springs. If above, moves to below this will add height. Also put a skid plate on the back were it drags

That was a nice easy one, to bad all are not like this one. Brian, if you want a box truck, then get one and just pimp that baby out the way you want to, lol. Hope everyone had great Christmas. You all have a safe and profitable Happy New Year.

Merry Christmas. Like Adirondack Thunder says. Thunder is at full strength. Those trailers seem to work good with the ramps they have. But if you want a step can Steve Lav has a guy.

Ya gonna flip it? 🤣 Quite possibly the best line I've ever heard on this channel.

On the new trailer have them put a long roller on the bottom of the tail end to stop that dragging and damaging the rear and have them put the springs on top of the axles instead of underneath to give more clearance. Oh Ya Happy New Year..

A little contamination can’t go any so long as it is not added to by decontaminating the tank

Do you guys have a subsurface evaluator as part of your team? Also tracking eph cat 1 is kinda tricky using the PID. I’ve had samples at 100 ppm on the PID come back over 1000 ppt EPH but pass naphthalene and 2-methylnapthalene yet I’ve also had samples that read 40 ppm PID fail the eph cat 1 analysis without even running contingencies.

I do wonder what they swung into. Our guys would have a new dent in it every day if they had to park it like how they park theirs.

The house looks brand new from the outside there's not even grass growing in the yard yet why is there a tank buried there.

Im suprised the inspector didnt know the process
@rupe537 күн бұрын
everyone has to start somewhere, right? In my area we originally used the fire marshal's office to do inspections then eventually switched to the building dept and health dept if a leak was in t he deal. Each time there was a learning curve.
@donnieporter78907 күн бұрын
@rupe53 If i took that job i would do enough research to know the process but people lack ambition these days
@rupe537 күн бұрын
@@donnieporter7890 You also have to remember that it takes a certain amount of knowledge to know what questions to ask so even if he knew the goal was to clean things up there still many things to learn. I recall teaching my local fire marshal about the various trade names for items when oil truck inspection was dumped in his lap. He knew there were supposed to be certain things but wanted to know how they worked, what the signs were for worn parts, what good workmanship was supposed to look like, cracked welds, etc. It takes time to get comfortable with all these things. You also don't want to look like an idiot or a power trip Nazi.

Nice guy inspector. He doesn't seem to have any knowledge about buried tanks. Seems like a strange choice for a town to pay a guy with zero experience to verify a possible hazardous waste release.
@rupe537 күн бұрын
most likely a new guy on the job. We all have to start somewhere, right?
@rogerwhiting93107 күн бұрын
@rupe53 you don't start as a professional inspector with no knowledge. You either are trained..or get trained before you certify important work.
@rupe537 күн бұрын
@@rogerwhiting9310 From personal experience, I recently connected to city water but that's new here. My inspector hadn't done maybe a half dozen inspections in that field yet so we chatted and both learned a few things. He had 25 years with the town so not a newbie... just inexperienced on city water connections. It happens... because he is the most qualified employee to do it.
