Mariah has much more than Christmas songs to offer. If you do want another Christmas song from her it would be Miss U Most(At Christmas Time) of her rendition or joy to the world. I highly recommend listening to her regular music as well. I would recommend Dreamlover or emotions

So while u say they’re super different, they are in terms of instrumental and production, some how ever are closer than u might think. Morisette’s cover is a take on Mariah’s rendition of the song, which is why she does the same whistle notes Mariah does and nearly the same belting and arrangements. And that’s the thing abt Mariah. Once she covers a song, it’s basically hers, because every cover of songs that’s she’s covered are takes on Mariah’s cover rather than the original lol. More examples of this is when she covered “without you”, “I wanna know what love is”, and obviously this song. Vocalists ALWAYS do her renditions, she’s the standard in music. If u wanna check out more of her Xmas music and be Blown AWAY by her voice and the church choir gospel style music, check out “Jesus oh what a wonderful child” by her, it’s from her first Xmas album from 1994 and it’s a Christmas song but gospel style and she KILLS ITTTT at the end with her vocals, trust me you’ll be BLOWN AWAY

Honestly, you should just do an album reaction to her two Christmas albums. Each and every classic song on those albums is arranged in a new and insane manner, just like this song was. All her Christmas songs are worth checking out. My favorite Christmas songs of hers are When Christmas Comes, Hark the Herald Angels Sing, Joy to the World, O Holy Night, All I Want For Christmas Is You, Oh Santa, and Jesus Born On This Day. All her versions of these songs are mind blowing. (Oh Santa, When Christmas Comes, and AIWFCIY are all original songs written by her.) Many people also really like her Christmas song Miss You Most, although that one doesn't do much for me. Check em all out, would love to see your reaction to any of these.
