Kevin, there is a set of belts from the motors to the shafts. I can’t recall the ratio. Works very well. Manufacture set the rpm based on my hull speed, prop size and pitch, as well as rpm data from the diesels.

Looking at other E conversions, that have started popping up after following you, I've seen some electric motor setups that are using a drive pulley system and I'm curious as to the ratio benefit for Prop RPM. Are you getting close to stock RPMs with your current setup? Or better?
