I'm really struggling. Do you happen to know the model number of this fan? I purchased the LP8377. My issue is with the color change feature. The box clearly states 3000K/4000K/5000K CCT LED. (Cct means color changing temperature) the manual also states the above. However, the (color change) button on my remote only effects brightness. When I pulled the fan up on Lowes site just now, it also says it is a 3000K color that is not changeable. We ONLY bought this fan because of the color change option.

Mine is listed as LP8377LBL. You’re right, this one is supposed to color change. I’m wondering if the remote for your fan was labeled wrong.

Also when you turn the light on, does yours have a delay before it actually illuminates?
