Love how you show months of work in a twelve minute video, amazing work at that. Looks like you had a really nice cab to start with, that’s unusual…
@ClassicCarStudio Жыл бұрын
Yeah, this was a good one to start with. Our #1 goal when we’re involved in sourcing a donor. Sometimes you think you’ve fit a good car and there are pinholes everywhere so you still have to replace a lot. I think we’re found this one in Kansas.

You guys do amazing work. I worked for my friend the famous car builder Dan Woods in the 70’s and him being a genius and perfectionist we had to make this perfect or he threw it in the trash even if it had a tiny Nick and you’d spent several hours on it. We Tig welded everything and used a lot of stainless then polished it. Lots of fun with Dan and Ed Fuller who also worked for Big Daddy Roth with Dan in the old days.

Incredible craftsmanship to say the least. somebody who actually takes pride in what they do. I think it would be cool to find a late model F350 Dooley crew cab that was wrecked. using all the late model components and just transfer that cab if possible onto that truck.🏆🇺🇸🛠🇺🇸

I like how much OEMesque design and detail they use which gives it a flow but also can create a moment for one to wonder if it was factory or not, not just stand straight out as completely custom, that "I wonder how much is OEM and how much is custom and how did they do it" is a big appeal for me
@davidmcleod9892 Жыл бұрын
Morning! I just love American restomods and I’m in awe of Scott’s fabrications, especially the little titivations. The projects themselves are absolutely brilliant transformations. Haven’t seen much of it, and the machinery available to do it at that level, in the UK, but then I’m just an old onlooker. Thanks for your channel.

Thanks Ronald, & stay tuned. Tim, who does all the filming and editing for these, just went full time on video a few months ago after this stuff was all shot. Newer content will hopefully include a lot more in the moment explanation, etc..
