Hey Calvin, thanks for viewing the video! You may be looking at records of a different property though. The current owners have lived there since 2011. No sale last year. It was a great house to photograph. The video just highlights a few parts of the house. Property is almost 14,000 square ft so I couldn't show it all, video would have been like 10 minutes long. It's in a listing from Coldwell Banker, and i messed up on the date.. It says it sold in 2010 for $50.000, and that it was built in 2009, but was only 75% complete, and the bank foreclosed on it.. So i guess the owners got a great deal, but they had to finish building it, and i believe they added on to it.. Peace!
