Scott makes recoil management look like no big deal. But we forget he’s a monster of a dude who can bench 425lbs. If you look at the original video of normal people firing this thing from 10 or so years ago you can see it fly out of their hands in the opposite direction with enough force to crack the bulletproof glass behind them. Respect Scott.

I'd like to see how many layers of body armor it can punch through. Also, maybe line up several bowling balls and brace them with some wood on either side to see how many bowling balls it will punch through. Also giant cans of sauce, but freeze the cans so that they become hard blocks of frozen sauce. I don't know what mayo and mustard are like when frozen, but I want to see.

I am not surprised by this… a friend of mine is a National park ranger in Africa, his weapon of choice is a 450 Rigby and he has twice had to use it on elephant, the most impressive thing was that the bullet was found about half an inch from the tail of an elephant bull after penetrating all of the rest of the bull from a full frontal head shot! I totally would love to pull the trigger on the 577 Trex as I have gone all the way up to 505 Gibbs but still waiting for the Trex…. Maybe someday

I've owned dozens of guns over the years worked in public safety hunt etc. I've never had the thought "hmmm I wonder how often Scott will have to have to change the stock out on that rifle over the course of ownership?"
