Nostalgia can happen to people with things they have never experienced. People have felt nostalgic about the 80s but were born after, some have felt nostalgic about the era of Pirates but clearly never lived it. Using nostalgia is technically incorrect so some Redditors made a new word that was entered into the Urban dictionary meaning nostalgia for something you have not experienced, the word they made was: Ecozealgia

Remember me, Mirror's edge, Wipeout 2048, and some cities of Mass effect 2/3 for me are the most beautiful settings in gaming history with the post apocalyptic The last of us, Metro and the recent Horizon zero dawn and NieR automata which mix futuristic and post apocalyptic together
