Hey Tony. You need to use the restricted group policy again which you have used earlier. This time instead of Administrator you need to use Remote Desktop Users group. So basically you need to add IT Users group to Remote Desktop Users built-in group. (Select this group is member of settings to add group). Hope this makes sense.
