I would never imagine or even know in my life what it's like to live in a mansion this big and what it would be like but I've lived in big houses before that were five 6,000 ft², but nothing at 50,000 ft² this is crazy it's even think about what it would be like to live here

I can understand why it hasn't sold. It has no yard at all, tons of houses being built around it (noise), plus it's not private as there are many houses on other streets that look right at it.

I wonder what it would be like to LIVE ALONE in the house. And a dog. That's it. I probably end up living in only 10 percent of the area. The rest would just be vacant. I could however go to the new bathroom every day for 21 days and then rotate. LOL

@ 0:45 NOT 41,000 square feet. The city tax record shows the actual square feet is only 25,812. Nowhere near 41,000 sqft.

they include the basketball court and garage which is bs, total living is 18k x $1200.00 per sq foot, theyll get 30 million max for this if that, Bel air, beverly hills holmby hills all dying as the rich are fleeing high taxes and high bullshit of LA and california as fast ass they can. Rumour is the house was built for only 22 million?? So it's a goofy house, nothings symetrical, or right, the yards back and fronyt are nasty weed infested ghetto. And the backyard pool is not complete its supposzed to go to the bottom and be a water feature in the backyard yet it's not there?? Im telling ya, 25 million tops, no way 59, way to many nicer places, bigger better great views, you have no view here and ALL YOUR NEIGHBOURS LOOK DOWN AT YOU. This was not well planned out.

It won't sell because the exterior design is a bit odd, and there are only a precious few people on Earth who have crawled far enough up their own ass to want a 41,000 square foot house. Hell, LA shouldn't even allow homes this big to be built.
