7500+ ft is not super big. You got used to it got 12.000 ft and would not like to have anything smaller bigger fine. its hard to go smaller.

What an amazing property. It really looks a home that you can imagine living in, if you had a boat load of money to spend, that is. I prefer watching tours of homes like this to the mega mansion tours which seem more like hotels or convention centers than actual homes. This home is just beautiful.

I love watching those "lower" priced homes :D they actually look like a livable places not just boasting empty spaces. Also this house seems really well designed, equipped and located considering the money. After watching your videos I would expect this house to be at least double the money. ​@@Celisar1 Given your synopsis, I can only truly imagine that no one in your life has managed to acknowledge the phrase, "It's all about location... Location, location, location!" Pretty sure if you were to maybe catch on to the correlation of it's "city" placement of choice and the neighborhood it resides in... Maaaaaybe, just maybe that is where the premium might be coming from in order to justify that kind of selling price. Although, I have been wrong in the past and it's very possible that this house is located in very close proximity to hordes of roaming drug induced street wandering maniacs that inherited a bunch of money and also live around this house...

I like the room with red wine, it turns every bottle of wine into a work of art, I should be reluctant to drink those wines! I also love that their garden look like an outdoor cafe, and the pool there makes it feel like a 5 star hotel instead of a home! 👍😃👏

I usually prefer classic style to modern. But this house - even though modern - is very well designed. Lots of warmth with the partial stone slabs on the outside and lots of wood, lots of light. Loved it :)

This mansion is modern construction excellence. It is pristine in how the floor plan is laid out. Favorites are the living, family rooms w/fireplaces add that romantic vibe, the office is perfect for thinking about work, will work get done?? The price actually isn't that crazy when you consider the location and the size of the house. In my area in southern Germany, standard houses for the average family in small villages can cost up to a million euros nowadays, and the exchange rate is practically 1:1. Absolutely insane.

Hi, this house made it into my top three favourites. Perfect size to live in, the texture in the formal living room (full height walnut shelves, sublime). The tones and textures in the kitchen, the living wall view straight over the dining room table, the master bathroom is incredible. Awesome property with lots of green. The city view gets a little…….
