5950X, AXP-90/R FULL TEST

Looks like peak temp is 90oC which is very impressive for a low profile cooler to a 16 cores cpu I think.

Was the heatsink hot the touch? If so then it's insufficient airflow. Replace with a Delta 92mm fan. By the way if the heatsink is cool either the heatsink is junk and not real copper or it's not making good full contact with the CPU. You should spread your paste from edge to edge on the CPU to get full die contact.
