Don't think 2010 is still available. Go to www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/buy/compare-all-microsoft-365-products

Hi Mr Richard, I currently have the microsoft office home/student version. I need to use Access. If I use the free month Access trial (business version), will my computer continue to have the features of ms office/home version after Access expires?
@599CD2 жыл бұрын
Not sure. I haven't used the trial version in a LONNNNNGGGG time.

Some 365 plans allow you to install Office on 5 PCs, so your member (who has 9 people) only needs to pay twice for 365 subscription, with everyone having the full version of Access, not just the runtime version.
@599CD2 жыл бұрын
You are correct sir... but sometimes you don't WANT anyone else having the full version. :)

The free on-line versions of Office apps are probably all most average users will ever need -- but they are NOT anywhere near as complete or fully-featured as the Office 2019 or Office 365 versions. Not even close. I just opened a document created in Word 2016. It's supposed to be fully justified. In the on-line version, the text is only left-justified. Pitiful.
@599CD2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, they're better than nothing, but they don't come close to the real thing.

Sir pls reply can i use MS excess on mobile phone Or no
@599CD4 жыл бұрын
There is no native version of Access for Android or iPhone. However, you can run a Virtual Workstation using something like Amazon WorkSpaces and they have an Android App for that. Just format your Access database to fit on the mobile screen and you're good to go.

@@599CD a vid on setting up a virtual workstation with access and then running remotely via mobile device would be cool.

How to buy it free i don't have money
@599CD3 жыл бұрын
That's the point of the video... you have to buy at least ONE copy of Access for the developer. Everyone else on your network can use it FREE. No way around it.

A Windows laptop, sure.

Thanks for the info. I used Access for about 14 years until I retired from the gov't. At home I tried to use LibreOffice Basic and frankly it stinks! When I was a developer, I used the method you describe by splitting and putting the back end on the network and everyone else uploaded the front end. Question: Is there anyway to do this on the internet?
@599CD2 жыл бұрын
Sure... if you use SQL Server. It's easy: 599cd.com/AccessOnline

Which is good version? Microsoft 365 or 2016 ,2019? What is the difference between them all?
@599CD4 жыл бұрын
Microsoft 365 is a subscription. That's what I prefer. For one low cost per month you get constant updates. Office 2016 and 2019 are standalone "retail" copies. You get what features they came with and that's it.

Again, my recommendation is a Microsoft 365 subscription.
