What is an EVOC. Is it an online class or an offline class? How long is EVOC training? Do I need a driving license to learn this course? Will we have to drive a vehicle in this course?

If that's a 3.5 Eco boost explore that hes chasing even with the charger and slow/quick/slow quick/ pursuit tactics scenarios like that,a Charger will never catch up!!! Now if you get them out on the open highway? Different story.
