I absolutely love Danny, his voice and his songs BUT I sincerely hope this song isn't pitched and over produced like ITSL. I hate, hate saying anything negative about Danny since he is brilliant, but I think his voice is enough and I just hope the other songs aren't pitched.

To be honest as much as I want new mcfly music they haven't been sitting on their arses, Tom has been busy with the Christmasaurus and other books, Harry has been busy with his fitness stuff, and Dougie and Danny expanding their music career, writing songs takes ages, me knowing from experience, it could take years to write songs for bands

Tom, is to blame. Good for Danny. These are great songs that I bet Tom is kicking himself for not being there and writing with Danny. Who needs Tom anyhow. His high voice grates on my nerves. It has a certain whine to it where as Danny’s is nice and full

Alex Hunt While I agree that it could take bands years to come up with new stuff, it honestly doesn't seem like all 4 members still want to "revive" the band. I'm not hating on Tom for doing his thing and writing books, but it's kinda evident that he has shifted his interest from music to literature. Plus, he and Gi are expecting another child. TL;DR Can't make new stuff if not everyone's up for it.

You guys seem to forget what happens in music industry. One day you're on, one day you're not. They used to be well known all over the world but I don't think their last songs were played in the radio as much as they want so there's that, I'm a McFLY fan and of course I want more music from them but it's not only about us. That's how it works. They need to figure it out a way to get back into this and the direction of the band. It's ok to think like this, we will love McFLY forever and whatever they release but they still have to feel like it matters and it's worth it so let the guys do their own things and come back when they feel ready.
