I may not have had my own kids, but when I was 12, I was gifted with my first baby sister, then I was 14, my other baby sister. I feel like a mom to those girls. I remember in the hospital while first holding them, I kissed their forehead, and said, "I promise to love and protect you forever " 💖 l love my babies.

As hard as it is, you are smart to say no to more kids. You have to be healthy and able to care for the 12 you have! Plus, if you don’t burn yourself out, you have many years ahead to help more children as yours grow into adulthood. ❤

You are my kind of gal. You do so much for everyone else first before yourself. I do the same, but get asked do do more. I do wear my feelings on my sleeves, but there comes a point and time where I have to say no, and that makes me the bad guy. So I just pull my big girl panties up and go about my day. I have to stop letting people hurt me because I do care too much, but that’s how I’ve always been.

My best fish to live a long time were the cheap feeder fish at PetSmart. They lived a seriously long time and also, the longest living thing in an aquarium we had was a baby crayfish with one claw my daughter got on a trek to check the crayfish population in the Area. He lived 4 years and would only eat frozen peas!
