Just recently found your channel and I share a lot of the sentiment from many others here, it’s always refreshing to see black creators making content in the tech and corporate space, along with self help and productivity. I love to see us in a wide variety of spaces professionally, giving the younger generations inspiration and that visual representation that we are already in these spaces, taking up space, and contributing, that visual representation was lacking when many of us were growing up. We were in these spaces, but we just didn’t get to see it so often so I love it. Love the channel.

I use to get up for the gym and 5:30am make it to the gym, and work out for 2 hours. Now my work day starts at 4:30am and I have to work out after work. I prefer pre-work gym sessions.
